In order to
reduce the transportation weight of equipment, ASB Hermetics
has developed an entirely new range of glass to metal
seals on light metal alloys (aluminium, titanium).
This new type of seal, which is effective at very low
temperatures, has the same characteristics as those
of traditional seals. It also allows the use of materials,
which, up to now, have only been used very little, if
at all, in seals (aluminium, titanium, brass etc.).
But it can also be used with more traditional materials
(stainless steel, for example), where it has the effect
of making these more mechanically effective. And all
of this is possible at lower usage costs.
This type of seal, which has made
its mark in numerous applications, is now available
for you.
