• Insulation (10,000 Megaohms at 500 V, in accordance with MIL-STD 883,

• Hermetic sealing (helium leakage < 1 . 10^-9 atm. cm³/s, in accordance with MIL-STD 883, method 1014)

However, depending on the requirements of our clients, seals satisfying the terms of other standards can be developed
